Our employment process can take from one week to two months. Because the timing can be unpredictable, you should let your recruiter know about any factors affecting your availability.
To further qualify candidates, a recruiter may call or email you to ask for additional information, such as specific work experience, availability for interviews, interest in relocation, salary expectations, etc. Because of the volume of resumes we receive, we're able to contact only those candidates whose qualifications most closely match the position's requirements.
A recruiter reviews the qualifications of all the candidates seeking consideration for a position and forwards the resumes of the most appropriately qualified candidates to the hiring manager. The hiring manager selects the candidates to be interviewed.
If you are invited for a face-to-face interview, either a recruiter or the hiring manager will contact you regarding the venue and schedule.
